30H Embodied Anatomy & Biomechanics training with Bart

BRUSSELS

29 - 30 April & 6 - 7 May

Confused by the anatomical terminologies in class? Want to know more about human anatomy and biomechanics? Great, this training is exactly what you are looking for!

Over the course of 2 weekends, Bart will lead you toward a deeper understanding of your fascia and musculoskeletal system.

What is Embodied Anatomy & Biomechanics ?

In this 30h training, you will discover anatomy in an enjoyable and engaging way. Through a combination of movement, palpation and lectures, you will gain a greater understanding of the human body. In the beginning of every lesson, embodiment exercises will guide you to feel your muscles, bones and fascia. Only after creating this felt sense, you will also learn the associated anatomy. This pragmatic approach creates integrated knowledge that goes beyond memorizing theory. You will develop strategies that improve your posture, movement and breath on the yoga mat as well as in your daily life.

Yoga practitioners, teachers, and anyone else interested in learning more about the human body is welcome to attend the course. No prior anatomy knowledge necessary.
