Meet the Teacher :
Lita's life has been a profound journey sparked by her discovery of yoga at seventeen. She initially embraced Hatha and meditation for five years but then shifted to the physically demanding Ashtanga Yoga system. While initially combining yoga with acting, her dedication to yoga grew stronger, leading her to explore various yoga styles in London and around
the globe. Lita's daily yoga practice brought significant life changes, leading her to fully commit to yoga, leaving behind her acting pursuits. She travelled extensively, studying with esteemed teachers in Europe, the US, and India. Two particular yoga practices captured her heart: Rocket Vinyasa and the creative Mandala sequence flow, where the essence of one's heart is fully engaged. Lita firmly believes that yoga is accessible to everyone, and her primary aim is to kindle a yogic way of life while sharing the transformative power of yoga with as many individuals as possible.
