What to expect?
Yoga Burn Practice
Intro to Anatomy; Muscular System and Nervous System
Subtle body Practice/Yamas & Niyamas & how they relate to a movement practice
Sequencing Building; how to build a sequence for each main muscle group & as a whole
Movement through Music; Music plays a significant role in the Burn practice. We will be diving into music options and how to build a playlist for your 60 min classes
Practice teach
Trial classes
→ Please note: Majority of the allocated hours for this training will be spend on Practice, Practice teaching & Sequence building. This offering is a practical guide in teaching this style or Yoga the way Simone has at YR thus far.
Requirements:
200 Hour TTC Completion and/or teachers of movement such as; dance, martial arts, and/or individuals with a strong movement practice (please contact Simone on simonehart29@gmail.com if you are interested and unsure if you fit the requirements)
Those wanting to take a dive into the YB practice and not wanting to teach, are more than welcome to join this TTC; be reminded that on Saturdays you will be required to practice and move quite a bit throughout the day, of course you may take breaks as your body needs.

Mentorship
After completion of the Yoga Burn TTC, Simone will take on those wanting to teach Yoga Burn @YR as mentees - where she will guide you through next steps & trial classes. This process is free of charge and is considered part “building our community”. This will begin from July 2024 - straight after completion
