Bart Adins

Bart has always been interested in optimising human performance and the relationship between the mind and body. These interests lead him to pursue a double Master's in Sport and Exercise Psychology with a specialisation in mindfulness. After completing his studies, he spent years deepening his knowledge of both eastern and western traditions. Since 2015, he is based in Brussels where he uses a combination of manual work and postural education in his Rolfing practice. He has also been teaching corporate yoga and well-being programs for more than 30 international organisations, including Microsoft and the European Commission. You can find more about Bart on
