Originally from Detroit, USA, Sarah began teaching yoga the Autumn of 2014. Yoga transformed her life in all areas and has become her lifestyle. Sarah has developed a plant-based diet, commitment to mental health, a daily yoga/meditation practice and is making self-care a priority. Continuous work on herself keeps her honest and able to help her students work through their own evolution in a safe space.
