AIReal yoga teacher training is perfect for teachers wanting to deepen their knowledge about themselves, their body, AIReal fitness and AIReal yoga. It can benefit yoga teachers, dancers, gymnastics, physiotherapists, personal trainers, pilates instructors and athletes of any level.
Learning to deepen your stretch and align your body is beneficial to every “body” and important for health and wellness. AIReal Yoga uses the swiveling hammock and allows for the most novice student to begin strengthening and condition and can also challenge even the elite athletes.
What to expect ?
You will learn in detail how to execute transitions, safety, rigging and hardware, alignment and health benefits. AIReal Yoga is a great way to add balance to your floor-based yoga practice.
This 50 HOUR teacher training will give you the tools necessary to lead students through a variety of lessons, spanning from beginner to intermediate level. In the manual, you will receive detailed descriptions, cues, benefits and modifications for a series of asana. Also included will be eight lesson plans, philosophy, rigging and safety, spotting and adjustment details along with a plethora of other useful information.
This 50H program will contribute towards your 500 HOUR RYT.
You will have a manual of over 150 pages, written by AIReal Yoga founder, Carmen Curtis.
