The Hot Pilates Teacher Training is an immersive certification program for movement

enthusiasts and instructors ready to expand their expertise.

You’ll learn the full class framework (from bridges to cardio) while exploring the

anatomy, science, and energy that make Hot Pilates such a powerful practice.


Each weekend combines theory, practice, and teaching labs, helping you develop the

skills and confidence to lead your own 60-minute class.

With the Hot Pilates Teacher Training, you’ll gain both the technical

foundation and the teaching artistry to step confidently into any studio room, whether

you’re teaching your first class or refining your craft.


CLASS STRUCTURE & METHODOLOGY

  •  Learn the 7-block Hot Pilates sequence

  •  Explore different variations, transitions, and ways to design your own complete 60-minute class


ANATOMY & BIOMECHANICS

  •  Study functional anatomy specific to Hot Pilates movements

  •  Learn safe alignment and how to prevent injuries in the heat

  •  Understand how to cue for engagement, stability, and muscle activation


THE SCIENCE OF HEAT & HYDRATION

  •  Discover how heat affects performance, flexibility, and endurance

  •  Learn thermoregulation principles and hydration strategies for safe, sustainable practice

  •  Understand the benefits (and boundaries) of training in the heat


TEACHING SKILLS & COMMUNICATION

  • Develop clear, effective and motivational verbal cueing and confident voice projection

  •  Refine your presence and energy in the room

  •  Learn to build motivation and keep rhythm through music, tempo, and pacing

  •  Practice real teaching labs with live feedback and mentorship


MODIFICATIONS & CLASS MANAGEMENT

  •  Adapt exercises for all body types and levels

  •  Learn how to manage mixed-level rooms with safety and confidence

Randy


Randy is Dominican/Spanish certified Yoga & Pilates Instructor and has been teaching around the world for more than 10 years.


Coming from the corporate world, he understands the importance of balance and, throughout these years, he found in yoga the instrument to help others create a better version of themselves.
