What to Expect
The Hot Pilates Teacher Training is an immersive certification program for movement
enthusiasts and instructors ready to expand their expertise.
You’ll learn the full class framework (from bridges to cardio) while exploring the
anatomy, science, and energy that make Hot Pilates such a powerful practice.
Each weekend combines theory, practice, and teaching labs, helping you develop the
skills and confidence to lead your own 60-minute class.

Randy

Randy is Dominican/Spanish certified Yoga & Pilates Instructor and has been teaching around the world for more than 10 years.
Coming from the corporate world, he understands the importance of balance and, throughout these years, he found in yoga the instrument to help others create a better version of themselves.
