The difference between Restorative, Yin, and Therapeutic Yoga
The physiology of stress, relaxation, and the parasympathetic nervous system
2. Anatomy & Energy Systems
Understanding the nervous system and the three-phase stress response
The role of Prana and Nadis (Ida, Pingala, Sushumna)
3. The Art of Props & Support
How to use bolsters, blankets, straps, and walls
Creating comfort, alignment, and psychological safety

4. Postures & Sequencing
Exploring key restorative poses and their energetic and physical effects
