What to expect :
Discover the art of stillness and the power of breath in Embodied Release:
In today’s fast-paced world, many of us live in a constant state of mental overdrive, disconnected from our bodies and the present moment. The "50H Embodied Release Training" offers a unique opportunity to break this cycle by reconnecting deeply with the body, cultivating somatic awareness, and learning how to be fully present in every experience. This training is not just about teaching Yin Yoga; it’s about experiencing it firsthand in a way that transforms your relationship with your body, mind, and breath.
By the end of the training, you’ll walk away not only with the knowledge to teach Yin Yoga with confidence and depth but also with a profound understanding of how to use Yin Yoga as a path to embodied presence—a powerful tool for healing and transformation in your life and for those you teach.
Through an integrated approach, blending science, traditional wisdom, breath-focused & somatic techniques, participants will delve into the basics of Yin yoga, anatomy of fascia, breath and the nervous system's relationship to breath, the connection between mind and body, and traditional Chinese medicine 5 elements principles in yin yoga, for energetic alignment. With daily Yin practices, in-depth pose labs, guided breathwork, and insights into the therapeutic power of stillness, this training will reshape your approach to yoga teaching and personal practice.
By using Yin Yoga as a somatic practice, you will learn to explore and release physical tension, navigate emotional processes, and build body awareness that carries over into every aspect of your life. Yin Yoga’s emphasis on long-held postures increases mobility & flexibility, releases tensions and helps us access the body’s sensations, moving us away from the analytical mind and into the present moment. This training is rooted in somatic exploration—the practice of listening to and feeling your body—and through this, you learn to experience the present fully.
