Join Alvaro & Nicole for an 200-hour Ayurveda & Yoga teacher training.

Imagine a life lived in balance and harmony, deeply connected to your innate wisdom. Our 200-hour part-time program offers a transformative pathway to integrate the principles of Ayurveda with the practices of yoga, honouring their ancient roots while making them relevant for navigating modern challenges and cultivating vibrant health.

This isn't just a training; it's a profound journey of self-discovery. We'll guide you in understanding your unique constitution and how it informs your practice and life, fostering true self-awareness and empowerment. Ready to deepen your practice, transform your life, and share the profound wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda with others!

What You'll Learn

  • Ayurvedic Wisdom & Yoga Philosophy: Uncover the profound connection between Ayurveda and Yoga. Master key concepts like the Tri-Dosha Theory to understand your constitution and tailor your practice for a holistic lifestyle.

  • Yoga Asana: Go beyond the physical poses. Learn to use asana holistically to balance your unique constitution and master the traditional principles of Vinyasa yoga and effective teaching.

  • Pranayama, Kriyas, Mantra, Mudra & Meditation: Tap into the power of subtle energy. Master essential Pranayama techniques, Kriyas, Mantras, and Mudras to balance elements and doshas, while exploring various meditation styles.

  • Subtle & Physical Anatomy: Gain a comprehensive understanding of both physical anatomy and subtle yogic systems to teach safely and holistically.

  • Teaching Methodology: Here you'll learn to create and lead classes with confidence. You’ll master the art of holistic sequencing, precise verbal cueing, and adapting your classes to align with the rhythms of the seasons, the time of day, and the unique needs of your students.

  • Food as Medicine: Discover the profound impact of food on your consciousness. Explore dosha-specific nutrition, seasonal eating, and yogic practices that enhance digestion and cultivate mindful nourishment.

Who is this training for

This training is for everyone, regardless of their "level." All of us are rich with experience because experience is life itself, not simply defined by how many postures you can do or how long you've been practicing.

While we do practice and teach asanas, our approach isn't centred on the goal of mastering physically challenging poses or building muscle. Instead, we use all the powerful tools of the yoga tradition to build a different kind of strength. We focus on empowering the self, building internal heat to transform the mind, body, and spirit.

What to expect

Our training offers a unique blend of weekend intensives and weekday sessions, designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive learning experience. You'll gain both the deep theoretical understanding and practical skills needed to teach authentically and live a more balanced life.
