Embark on a transformative 200h Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga Alliance certified teacher training with Raj , designed for both aspiring teachers and dedicated practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond physical practice.
Led by Raj, originating from India, with over 25 years of experience of teaching
across China, India and Europe, rooted in traditional yoga yet adapted to our modern
way of leaving. This training offers a complete journey into yoga’s physical, mental
and philosophical dimensions. Equal importance is given to asana, philosophy,
mindfulness and hands-on adjustments, allowing students to embody yoga as a
complete life practice.
What You'll Experience
Every day (morning and afternoon) you will have group yoga practice led by Raj
(diverse disciplines Hatha, Vinyasa, Detox, Core, Ashtanga, etc. including meditation
& pranayama)
1. Techniques, Training & Practice (Asana, Pranayama, Meditation)
Foundations of Hatha Yoga (alignment, stability, precision)
Breakdown of asanas: standing, seated, backbends, inversions
Functional approach to postures (adaptation to different bodies) + hands-on adjustments & assists
Pranayama techniques
Meditation practices: focus, awareness, stillness
2. Anatomy & Physiology
Functional anatomy applied to yoga:
Skeletal & muscular systems
Injury prevention & safe practice
Biomechanics of key postures
3. Yoga Philosophy
Deepdive of most powerful traditional yoga text: Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. With a focus on how to understand the meaning in everyday life and show it's relevancy in modern society

physical practice
4. Teaching Methodology
How to structure a class with smart sequencing Hatha & Vinyasa classes
Use of voice, tone and presence

Raj Bala

Teaching yoga since 2003, I am trained in Ashtanga, Hatha, Flow and Hot yoga. I am certified Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 Hours. I am passionate about teaching other aspects of yoga such as Philosophy, Pranayama and Meditation. Dedicated to the discipline, I challenge my students to reach their physical and mental potential. My hard working and motivated personality welcomes new opportunities to succeed and to share yoga with others. Having an appreciation for knowledge, tradition and culture, I have taught around India and China.
