🇧🇪 BRUSSELS

November 2026

Our 50H Ashtanga Yoga Intensive offers a structured and in depth immersion into the Ashtanga method, with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and intelligent practice. We’ll explore yoga philosophy, functional anatomy of movement, energetic principles, pranayama , and discussions on lifestyle and ethics as lived practice rather than theory.

Our intention is to guide practitioners toward greater depth and understanding. We’ll develop a refined relationship to practice by studying how precise physical and internal actions create stability, clarity, and vitality in each posture, allowing the practice to feel both grounded and alive.

What You'll Experience

  • An in depth exploration of the entire Primary Series , including detailed work on gateway postures and challenging moments in the sequence, with clear strategies for approaching them with steadiness, intelligence, and greater ease.

  • Dynamic, fluid, and precise Ashtanga practice, with close attention to physical alignment, energetic direction, clean transitions, and clear vinyasa count, alongside an introduction to selected intermediate and advanced asanas.

  • Energetic alignment through skillful internal actions, with consistent integration of breath, bandha, and drishti to support steadiness, focus, and continuity throughout the practice.

  • Hands on assists developed through visual assessment first, with an emphasis on understanding healthy movement patterns, balancing actions, and applying touch with clarity and purpose.

  • Therapeutic application of the method by working with common injuries and limitations, refining individualized alignment, using props intelligently, and offering precise verbal cueing and assists.

This intensive is open to all levels of experience.
